I have a question from a friend who is 47 years old and would much appreciate to get some advice:-

Her cholesterol has reached 242 whilst the limit is 200
-do you think she need to go on medication or
-can she reduce it just by cutting down on meat and fried stuff while eating more veggies?

Note:
Her HDL is 72.6 and LDL is 150.8 and Triglycerides is 105

She was told that having 1 capsule of Omega S helps to reduce the bad cholesterol and at the same time increases the good
