I have low blood pressure. I am very active I am training for my 3rd marathon. I don't eat read meat, turkey, chicken, fried foods, and I limit my dairy intake. I eat fish (the low mercury fishes such as halibut etc.) and soy products. I understand that I am fighting my genes that because both my parents have had or still have heart problems but I want to be as preventative as possible. WHAT CAN I DO? Please help. Thank you.
