<description><![CDATA[I'm 28 and recently had some labworkd done and it came back that I have high cholesterol. (292...my doc wants to see me below 150) I've heard alot about Soy milk being healthier in such a situation as opposed to cow's milk. I've tried it and I like it, but is it really that beneficial?
